Description:
Its flow passage components are adopted with steel lining ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE). It is made of corrosion-resistant engineering plastics, currently a new internationally adopted material, whose most outstanding feature relies on its excellent wear resistance, impact resistance (especially under low temperature impact) and creep resistance (environmental stress cracking) and wonderful corrosion resistance among all the plastic materials.

Application:
(1). Sulfuric acid and phosphate fertilizer industry: delivery of media, like olefine acid, mother liquor, sewage, sea water, fluosilicic acid with silica gel and phosphoric acid slurry.
(2). Nonferrous metal smelting industry:especially applicable to the delivery of media like all kinds of acid liquids, corrosive pulp, slurry (matched with filter press) electrolyte and wastewater produced during the process of hydrometallurgy of lead, zinc, gold, silver, copper, manganese, cobalt and rare earth.
(3). Chemical and other industries: posts for all kinds of acid, hydrochloric, alkaline and oil-based liquor and slurry.
(4). Chlor-alkali industry: hydrochloric acids, caustic soda liquid, electrolyte, etc.
(5). Water treatment industry: pure water, high purity water, waste water and sewage (leather wastewater, electroplating wastewater, electric wastewater, papermaking wastewater, textile wastewater, food wastewater, life sewage and pharmaceutical industry wastewater, etc.).
(6). Steel industry: sulfuric acid of pickling system, hydrochloric acid posts and wastewater with foreign matters.
(7). Supporting wet-type desulfuration duster: applicable to alkaline, acid and corrosion posts.
