Description:

Chemical pump is a horizontal, single-stage and single-suction centrifugal pump; witch conforms to such standards as DIN24256, ISO2858 and GB5662-85, which is a basic product among standard chemical pumps.

It’s applicable for transporting media being low-temperature or high-temperature, neutral or corrosive, being clean or containing solid grains, or being poisonous, inflammable or explosive. It’s mainly applied in such industries as chemical engineering, petrochemicals, steel works, power plants, papermaking, pulp, medicine, food and sugar refining.

Feature:
1. Improve the stability of measurement: separate pressure fluctuation from die head and upstream, fall the tolerance of product’s measurement to smallest.
2. Control the quality of melting: adjust the back-pressure of extruder to reduce the detention time, stabilize the plastication function, reducing the melting temperature.
3. Increase production capacity: reducing the screw pressure, changing the building style from screw to die to melt to die, so the screw can extrude produces with high efficiency, whatever how much pressure is required to build.
4. Reduce raw material consumption: the size of the extruded production have minimum changing, reducing scrap and the rejection rates.

8. Prolong the service life: reducing the extrude pressure and working intensity, put off the abrasion of screw and screw cylinder.

Application:

This series of pumps are used for pumping air in sealed vessels. It can be used alone, also can be used as the fore pump, diffusion pump, and molecular pump. It can be applied to electronic vacuum device manufacturing, thermos manufacturing, vacuum welding, printing, plastic, refrigeration equipment repairmen and instrumentation supporting. Because it has many advantages as small in size, light in weight, and low operating sound, thus is more suitable for laboratory use.
Within the ambient temperature range of 540 degrees and the inlet pressure is less than 1.3X103 Pa conditions; the pump is allowed to be under long-term continuous operation. When the pumping gas relative humidity is over 90%, the gas ballast valve should be open.
Continuous flow pump inlet air operation shall not exceed one minute.
Pump is not suitable for pumping gases which are corrosive to metal, easy to get chemical reaction with pump oil, or a gas containing dust particles, as well as the high oxygen, explosive, toxic gases.
