The paper pulp pump adopts advanced technology. This type of pulp pump is also called low pulse pump. It is a renewal product to replace the widely used pump whose capacity is large but head is low. Our pump solves the problems: the pulp is not stable and the dismantling is inconvenient.

1. Main components adopt paraffin wax precision casting, so the product inside is sleek. And the impeller will do G6.3 balance calibration.
2. Use coupling. Under the circumstance of not disassembling the pump’s import and export, impeller, back wear-resisting plate and bearing bracket can be disassembled and assembled.
3. Convenient maintenance: the junction surface of pump casing and cover overlaps with the level of the shaft axis. So when repairing, it is no need to take down the inlet and outlet piping and mobile motor.
4. Easy adjustment of impeller: An impeller adjustment mechanism is provided below the bearing housing.
